Return Policy

You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement:

  • in all cases where ae-jewels.gr sold wrong, faulty or of poor quality products (wrong in taking the order, the pricing, its mission, damaged during transport, poor packaging etc.) 
  • in all cases where there was a problem or real defect in the product (function or quality) and the warranty covers the product and the product is covered by manufacturer warranty.

In all cases, the customer has the choice from the outset not to accept receipt of the product or, as received, return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery.

In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, as received from the client, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product is normally shipped with the product and is in excellent condition. If not returned within 15 days then the store may not accept any return and replacement. In any case, for all these cases the maximum time limit to return for replacement may not extend beyond fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Moreover, in all cases the product to be replaced needs all its accompanying documents (eg ITT, Ap Retail etc).   • contact the same day or the next working day with the online store
  • the product has not been used
  • the product is accompanied by all necessary documents evidencing the transaction (egITT, Ap Retail etc.)

Specifically:

  • If you received some kind of problem, you can bring or send the product to the store where you bear the cost of transportation. If the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, we replace it free immediately.
  • If we sent the wrong item, we send you the right and assume all costs of transport, old and new product.
  • If you do not, you can change it within 15 days (with the full package), assuming the cost of transportation in our store.
